The Raytion Connector Hub for ServiceNow AI Search is now available in their app store in a new Rome release on the Now Platform. This app runs in the ServiceNow entity and integrates content from external third-party information systems into the Now Platform. The Raytion Connector Hub app is available immediately for download and trial in the ServiceNow Store. It currently supports out-of-the-box Atlassian Confluence but more out-of-the-box-compatibilities for all further 45+ Raytion Enterprise Search Connectors are already being expanded.
ServiceNow AI Search combined with the Raytion Connector Hub offers context-awareness and timely access to corporate knowledge. By integrating content from external information systems into the Now Platform, knowledge managers, support managers and service engineers can efficiently find answers to their cases and resolve incidents in less time. A single and unified view of the results to a search query using AI Search will show all relevant information within the context of a workflow, regardless of the content system it resides in.
Moreover, secure search as a new feature has been added. This means, whenever a user is logged into the company-wide system, their authorizations will be taken into consideration for every search query. Thus, someone who has no access rights to certain documents will not be able to find them. The security administration can be added by the manager any time.
