The conference takes place in Washington D.C. from November 5 to 8, parallel to the KMWorld 2018 conference.

At our booth, we show how our products and services complement leading search engines, fuel cognitive search and empower modern collaboration. Also we were accepted to give two presentations.
In “Innovations in Search” Sebastian Klatt presents how we build applications employing bot frameworks, artificial intelligence and search. Applications which provide quick access to apps, give fast and reliable answers to, for instance, support questions but which also conclude fulfillment requests.
On the other hand, Christian Puzicha presents in “Solving Real-World Problems With AI” how we use our connector framework, modern search engines and offline sentiment analysis to monitor social media streams. This enables communication specialists to keep track on Twitter and Facebook posts around their companies and hashtags.
