As Raytion expands its ties, we are now a charter member of Microsoft’s Content Services Partner Program. Content Services Partners support leading global organizations in developing and optimizing knowledge management and document management solutions based on Microsoft 365 (M365) technologies. We provide and deploy solutions based on Microsoft’s integrated AI and cognitive services platform in M365. This way customers around the globe benefit from better and easier knowledge management and advanced information retrieval.
One key aspect of the solutions is the range of products developed by Microsoft’s Project Cortex and its close technologies like Microsoft Search or SharePoint Syntex. According to Microsoft “[…] charter partners are being recognized for their proven success in high-impact scenarios and workloads”. In regard to Raytion, we are recognized for our consulting and the implementation but also for our enterprise search connector portfolio. The connectors are readily available for Microsoft Search and soon will also support scenarios based on Microsoft’s Project Cortex.
Are you interested in Raytion’s support in the areas of Project Cortex, SharePoint Syntex, Microsoft Search, knowledge and document management? Or are you curious about our Enterprise Search Connectors and the Search & Retrieval Interface, which go hand in hand with Microsoft’s offers? Then please contact us.
On May 23rd, Raytion participated in another B2Run event, which is a running challenge for Düsseldorf companies. The B2Run is a company run concept to promote team building and social networking.
On 3rd May we had our semiannual University Day at Raytion. As part of our company culture, we took a day off at the Hyatt Regency Hotel to listen to talks and discuss our strategy, how we support our customers and where we add value.
Apache Solr is a broadly used open-source search engine, which is a solid and great foundation for enterprise search and search-based applications. It is the technical backend of many commercial software packages and similar to Elasticsearch, it offers a great flexibility in configuring ranking and scoring models, linguistics as well as query and content processing. Due to this flexibility, it is also often used as a search engine for enterprise search. In this guide, we will briefly give an overview on how to get started with setting up Solr, integrating content sources and displaying results.
